The systemic, cruel, and depersonalizing history of Black subjugation and the discrimination against BIPOC has and continues to be a crime against humanity. It’s based on a desire to maintain power and false assumptions about how the world works and how it can work. It’s painful to look at and far more painful to be part of or to admit that exists in the things that we build, in the country, and the society that we all call our own.

At Lara Media, we understand the amount of challenges and opportunities that exist in order to promulgate a prosperous future and how they must begin to become visible to the BIPOC and other disadvantaged communities.

Our approach and constant study of these groups show us the urgency of being taken into account to achieve an equitable growth of the economy, the exact point of this new reality, where all points of view and realities must count.
